Orlando Health is seeking a Cardiac Intensivist Director to join our growing team of collegial and high-quality Critical Care Medicine physicians. This leadership role will support the CVICU and CCU at Orlando Regional Medical Center, and participate in the mechanical circulatory support/ECMO program.
The successful candidate should be Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine and be able to place chest tubes and Swan-Ganz catheters, as well as perform thoracentesis and bronchoscopy. Experience leading physicians and caring for patients with right-sided heart failure, cardiogenic shock, and acute mechanical circulatory support (ECMO, Impella, and intraaortic balloon pumps) is required.
